Summary Total in Template for Crawl Feed Reviews Shows a 1 rating rather than an average of 4.9 or 5 for 1000 collective reviews.

Here you can see that our review data from Experience, which totals around 1000 reviews, is not being represented correctly. If you view this page:  https://www.experience.com/reviews/company/mid-valley-financial, you can see that we have a rating of 4.94 with 1242 reviews, yet below it shows a 1.0, even though the reviews I've filtered on/selected (I tried this with numerous selections) indicate a score should be 5.0 (We also have 20 different pages from Experience that show as crawled, none of them = a 1 Star rating, so I'm a bit perplexed. Ideally, all the reviews would pull from the one feed, yet this was problematic, so we had to take an alternate route. WiIl I need to deviate further and just import all of these as manual/1st party reviews to get this to function correctly (I may not object to this, as I'd prefer to get review schema mark-up on our site, similar to what is found on the SERP page attached
