jmueller 3 years ago updated by Josh 3 years ago 5

A) First scrape attempt timed out after 60-min

B) Requested a new scrape and the message below displayed:

Error adding this scrape job. Please try again or contact us and copy and send us the following: {"job_id":"","scrapeurl":"","ack":"error","msg":"Error! Diff job has status invalid_url. Please wait for it to complete. Contact Support.","dbsiteinfo_id":"16510","scrapejoburl":"https:\/\/funnel.ljapps.com\/addprofile?sid=16510&frlicenseid=650407&frsiteurl=https%3A%2F%2Fheadshotsofchicago.com&scrapeurl=&scrapequery=Headshots+of+Chicago%2C+River+Pointe+Shopping+Center%2C+Algonquin%2C+IL&scrapefromdate=&scrapeblocks=20&diffparam=usediff&wpsiteurl=https%3A%2F%2Fheadshotsofchicago.com"}

Please advise, thanks much.

You can not use the "Only Scrape New Reviews" option if the previous scrape job did not complete correctly. From the error "invalid_url" it sounds like the Google search terms are incorrect. Please post a link to the business on a Google map and I'll send you some search terms to use.

Thanks for the speedy response.

** If you check history in this forum, you'll see we had a similar scenario a while back. You (the forum) suggested new terms and the issue was resolved. : )

Do we really need to change the terms again?

I think this is what you need > https://bit.ly/2U45Gi4

Thanks!

Jim

You should be using something like this...

headshots of chicago, algonquin, il 60102

What is the Job ID of the one that did not complete?

Success: the terms you suggested resolves the issue: "headshots of chicago, algonquin, il 60102"

Thank you!

NOTES

This is (was) the current search phrase (the phrase suggested by this forum): "Headshots of Chicago, River Pointe Shopping Center, Algonquin, IL"

Apparently the above phrase stopped working.

What is the Job ID of the one that did not complete?

I'm guessing that Google updated their index which is why the old search terms stopped working.
