Error on New Scrape

A) First scrape attempt timed out after 60-min

B) Requested a new scrape and the message below displayed:

Please wait for it to complete. You can not use the "Only Scrape New Reviews" option if the previous scrape job did not complete correctly. From the error "invalid_url" it sounds like the Google search terms are incorrect. Please post a link to the business on a Google map and I'll send you some search terms to use.

Thanks for the speedy response.

** If you check history in this forum, you'll see we had a similar scenario a while back. You (the forum) suggested new terms and the issue was resolved. : )  

Do we really need to change the terms again?

What is the Job ID of the one that did not complete?

I'm guessing that Google updated their index which is why the old search terms stopped working.
