Can you share a link to the page? That message means that the javascript for the slider is not loading for some reason.

Something with your hosting setup is changing the URL value for the javascript file for the plugin. If you right-click on the page > inspect > look for the console window you will see this error.

It is looking in this location for the js file...

https://www.tiffanysbarhull.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/wp-review-slider-pro/public/js/wprev-public-com-min.js?ver=11.0.9.9

As you can see it isn't there.

The plugin has the file here...

If you look in the plugin file...

\wp-review-slider-pro\public\class-wp-review-slider-pro-public.php on line 125 you can see where it is calling the wprev-public.min.js file.

I'm not sure why your site/server is looking in the wrong location. You'll need to file a support request with your hosting provider to see if they can help.

I have fixed the 404 error, and I am still getting the waiting for review slider notice and the reviews are not showing up. Please can you advise?

Strange. The javascript is showing up in the footer. I'm not sure why it isn't recognizing it unless it's being added after page load. Can you try to switch the slider to the Advanced slider?
