The Google reviews funnel do not find any review

Hello,

I have an issue with my review.

When I use the exact name display by google map for my shop I have this :

When I try to remove the .ch because of the invalid ur things, it remains on pending forever.

I tried also to write MySwissApple.ch,switzerland but it's not working too.

Could you help me to find the right words to use to find the shop ?
