Review Downloader Very Slow
It seems like the review downloader is very slow. Is this normal? My job has moved up only 5 spots in the past hour, so it looks like the scrape from Google will take over 12 hours? Am I correct and should I plan for this in the future?

No, this isn't normal. Let me check with the scraping server and see what's going on.
It looks like it may be cleared up now. Sometimes there can be a backlog if there are a lot of jobs requested at the same time. Let me know if you are still seeing the issue.
