Sometimes a source site will change something and I'll have to update the plugin. In the meantime can you try using the Get Reviews > Review Funnel page to download the reviews?

I have the same issue. I updated my html but that didn't help.   I went to the review funnel page but that also has an error message "Error: Unable to check your review credit balance. Please try again"

I'll have the Get Reviews > TripAdvisor page working in the next few days. Give the Review Funnel another try. It should be working now.

If the update doesn't show up as a regular WordPress update then check the Account page inside the plugin. There is an update button. I'll be releasing version 11.1.6 today or monday.

Why do I get the date 1970 in the TripAdvisor review?

That usually happens when the plugin can't correctly translate the date of the review. What is the TripAdvisor URL you are using?

The most reliable way to get TripAdvisor reviews is to use the Review Funnel page in the plugin.
