Trip Advisor reviews not downloading
Trip Advisor /Viator -- hi, there, after the initial download of reviews, none of the new reviews seem to be downloading from Trip Advisor (despite the 24 hour checkbox ticked). What could be the issue please?

Are you using the Get Reviews > TripAdvisor or the Get Reviews > Review Funnel? What is the TripAdvisor URL you are using? What happens if you manually click the download reviews button?
Hi Josh, we're using the first, Get Reviews > TripAdvisor. I manually click download reviews and it shows no new reviews.

It finally worked with the Review Funnel...but the link above didn't work on the Trip Advisor get reviews page.
If you use this URL...
https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g295424-d3701710-Reviews-Frying_Pan_Food_Adventures-Dubai_Emirate_of_Dubai.html
And then also set the retrieval method to Alternative it should work.
