Can't get TripAdvisor avatars no matter what I do.

I've followed all the advice.
Alternative download method etc. Cannot get Trip advisor Avatars loaded.

Try using the Review Funnel method to download the reviews.

Likewise, no avatars despite deleting, re-downloading, using alternative download, and using review funnel. Furthermore, can only see 8 of 147 reviews, no matter what settings and despite the funnel saying it downloaded 17...
