A lot of duplicate and blank Google reviews

When I scrape for new Google reviews lately all I get is duplicate

reviews and/or review responses with no review. Any idea what is going

on?

Are you using the Google Crawl or the Review Funnel? What are the search terms or Place Id you are using?
