job for new reviews is running since weeks
The status for the job of scraping new reviews is running since weeks. The process is still working but nothing is happening. What should I do? Can I stop it?

If a job has been in the pending state for more than a day then it is likely frozen. Can you send a screenshot showing the job_id so I can investigate?
