No site icon, verified icon, load more button in slider on live site.
For my template, I selected to show site Icon, and verified icon, as well as the option to load more reviews. These features show in the preview, however, none of these features are displaying on the slider on the live site.

Make sure you do not have a free version of the plugin still active. Then de-activate and re-activate the Pro version. Finally double check the shortcode and make sure it matches the one for the review template.
