Names appearing in middle of review box
When i put reviews in a grid, the name of the person giving the reviews appears in the middle of the review box and cuts into the text of the review. does anyone know how to resolve this?

Sounds like the site theme CSS might be conflicting with the plugin. If you can share the URL, I'll take a look and send you some CSS to use to fix.

It looks like you are using a bunch of custom CSS on this review template. What exactly are you trying to make it look like? There isn't going to be an easy way to move the name below the review text just using CSS.
