Do review funnels automatically add new reviews to the database or do you have to click download each time

If you have the auto-download turned on for the Review Funnel it will automatically request the scrape job and then also download the reviews to your database. It works off the WordPress cron system, so as long as cron jobs are working on your site then it should be fine. Just keep in mind that it does cost credits when it runs, so I recommend only checking once a week or so.
