Facebook reviews importer broken

Clicking "Retrieve Reviews" under "Download Your Facebook Page Reviews" does not import the reviews.

In the dev console I see a 404 as follows:
https://fbapp.ljapps.com/ajaxgetpagerevs.php?callback=jQuery... (snipped for security)
Request Method:GET
Status Code:404 Not Found

This is on 11.0.8.

Please update the plugin to the latest version 12.0.3.
