Nearly all profile pictures are broken

Facebook will expire the images after a while. You will need to go to the Review List page and delete all the Facebook reviews. Then re-download them. After the plugin downloads them leave the pop-up open for a few minutes. The plugin will try and save the profile images to your server so they don't expire next time.
