Shortcode not working in divi builder

Hello,

I am trying to activate multiple reviews for my clients site. None of the shortcode created works, it just displays as plain text. I have tried using code widget and a normal text widget, and it still does not work on divi builder. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
