Template filters don't work on single reviews
Using a filter on template doesn't show review if there is only one review with that tag, post-id, or even manually selecting just one particular review. Tag another review with the same tag on the review list and they both show up. Tried with several different tag names, always ends up just depending on the number of reviews.

This seems to be working okay for me. Try the beta version 12.2.0. You can go to the account page inside the plugin and click the join beta users, then it will show up after a page refresh.
Updating to the beta fixed the issue. Thank you!
