google scrape did not find reviews

I have installed the plugin, setup a Google review scrape with the correct place ID, but the system did not find any reviews (there are 32 on Google). I did deactivate and reactivate the plugin, but this did not work.

Reviews credits decreased to 1947, which I assume that means the system found the reviews and we were charged for them.
