Go to the Get Reviews page first and download the reviews. Once they are showing up on the Review List page, then go to the Templates page and create a new review template. After you save it, there will be a shortcode button on the right. Copy the shortcode and paste it in a post/page or text widget where you want them to display.
I've tried that many times and it works for Facebook but not for TripAdvisor. Once I clicked on Get Reviews => Add Review Source Site => TripAdvisor, it shows 2 options 1). TripAdvisor Crawl and 2). Review Funnel. I've tried both but it doesn't download reviews or show the reviews on <Review List> Tab at all. It shows this error [Error 0004 Trip] when I used TripAdvisor Crawl with Remote Crawl Server. Do you have any tutorial videos that could be shared?
