I can't scrape new reviews from Google, I get put in the queue infinitley with the number only increasing and never finishing.

Also I heard there are more recent versions but my wordpress install is stuck on 12.6.4 it won't update anymore. is this normal?

I have the same issue - has been hours since i submitted and still stuck in the queue

Sorry about that. The third part scraping service that the Review Funnel uses is having issues. They are working to resolve them.
