Google Not Downloading Newest Reviews

There are now three ways to download Google Reviews...

1)  Use the Get Reviews > Review Funnel page in the plugin to grab all your reviews. When you enter the Google search terms in the Funnel, make sure to use the Business name followed by the address. The search terms are what you would type in a Google search to get your business to show on the right hand side of the page. This method must be used if you do not have a physical address on a Google map (Service Area Business).

2) Get Reviews > Google Crawl. This is probably the easiest method, but it is limited to your 10 newest or most helpful reviews.

3) Under the Get Reviews > Google API.

For this method, Google will only return the 5 Most Helpful reviews in their Places API. When they add a new one to the 5 Most Helpful the plugin should grab it automatically. If it doesn't then there could be something wrong with the plugin. Does it download them if you click the download button? If not, then Google hasn't added them yet. If it does then something is wrong with the cron job. Try unchecking the auto-add box, save, then re-check it. I don't know how long it usually takes to Google to add the reviews to the Google Places API so that the plugin can grab them. You can check by using this link. Replace the Place_ID with your business Place_ID.
