What is the URL you are using?

Try adding this custom CSS to the custom CSS section for the review template. It should hold the width.

.wprevsiteicon {
height: 15px;
width: 15px;
}

What is the Nextdoor URL to your page?

I'm not seeing a way to pull reviews through the API.

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with real-cookie-banner.

Most of the time you would create a review template on the Template tab and then after you save it, click the button to get the shortcode. Then paste the shortcode where you want the reviews to appear. If real-cookie-banner allows shortcodes then this would be the way to go.

If you have the auto-download turned on for the Review Funnel it will automatically request the scrape job and then also download the reviews to your database. It works off the WordPress cron system, so as long as cron jobs are working on your site then it should be fine. Just keep in mind that it does cost credits when it runs, so I recommend only checking once a week or so.

Sorry not at the moment.

Thanks

Just to verify, we are talking about Google reviews correct?

If you use the Get Reviews > Google Places API method then there is a language code option at the bottom. However, this method is limited to your most helpful 5 reviews from Google.

I don't have any control over the Review Funnels. They are using a 3rd party API to return the reviews. Currently they only return the original language that the review was written in.
