You have a couple of options.
1) The Advanced Slider will do that automatically.
2) For a grid there isn't an easy way to do it. You could create to review templates. A 3x3 to show on desktop and a 1x3 for mobile. Then put both shortcodes on the page. Then use some CSS to show/hide the correct one depending on the screen size. If you want to go this route I can send you the CSS.
It seems okay to me. Are you still seeing the issue? If so, what browser are you using? Trying clearing your cache.
Can you post a link? Here are a couple of things to try...
- Make sure you don't have a free version of the plugin active.
- If you are using a caching plugin then perhaps that is keeping them from updating.
Sure. Just use the Get Reviews > Review Funnel page to download them.
Hey Paul,
The meta data link on the Review List page usually just shows you extra data that was gathered when they submitted the review. It doesn't have anything to do with the reviews used in Google schema. Currently, there isn't a way to individually pick which reviews are used in schema. It will use all the reviews that you are showing in the review template. You can filter by type...
What is the URL you used?
Review Origin basically just filters out the locations that show up in the Select Locations list. It also changes the large badge icon for example if you select Facebook it will use the Facebook icon.
In the next update, I'm going to default review origin to custom so even if you don't select anything it will still show some stars.

Thanks for sharing! Do mind posting the URL so I can take a look. I might need to add this to the code.
