Strange. The javascript is showing up in the footer. I'm not sure why it isn't recognizing it unless it's being added after page load. Can you try to switch the slider to the Advanced slider?
When you create a review template by default it will show all the reviews in the Review List unless you either filter them or have your slider set to a specific number of slides. These settings control the number of reviews shown in a slider...
You also have the ability to load more slides when needed if you want instead of starting over....
I just released version 11.1.0 that can now use a Place ID in the review funnel. Please update the plugin and give it a try. This is your place id:

If it's even possible you would need to pay for customization of the plugin. Do you have a publicly visible page on Eviivo.com that lists your reviews?
Something with your hosting setup is changing the URL value for the javascript file for the plugin. If you right-click on the page > inspect > look for the console window you will see this error.
It is looking in this location for the js file...
As you can see it isn't there.
The plugin has the file here...
If you look in the plugin file...
\wp-review-slider-pro\public\class-wp-review-slider-pro-public.php on line 125 you can see where it is calling the wprev-public.min.js file.
I'm not sure why your site/server is looking in the wrong location. You'll need to file a support request with your hosting provider to see if they can help.
Can you share a link to the page? That message means that the javascript for the slider is not loading for some reason.
TripAdvisor has been blocking some things on their end. However, the funnel option should be working fine. Can you send me the job id for the funnel you created?
Can you copy and paste the entire message?
I'm not sure what WP Rocket support means. The avatar images are not included in a CSS file. When you turn on the cache built into the plugin they are saved here...
/wp-content/uploads/wprevslider/cache
there is also this folder that is the default location for Facebook images even if the cache is turned off.
/wp-content/uploads/wprevslider/avatars
You can find the location of any image on your website by right-clicking on it > inspect and then look for the src value of the img element.
