Sometimes Google will show the business on the right-hand side based on your search history. It doesn't mean that the scraping server can also see the reviews. Can you post a link to the business on a Google map?

If you know what CSS class that your theme style uses for buttons you can add it. If not then you can add some custom CSS to the form. I can help if you can send me a link to the form and a sample of what it needs to look like.

Are you manually inputting that many? You could input 1 or 2 manually, then use the Export CSV file and then use that file and add reviews to it, then re-import them.

You have to add it on the Review itself from the Review List page.

Great! You can enter one review manually using the button on the Review List, then download the CSV file. That will give you a template to use to add reviews to.
