That place ID looks okay. You can check what the Google API is returning to the plugin with the following link. Replace the Place_ID with your business Place_ID and the YOUR_API_KEY with your Google API.

That usually means that you are using the wrong place id. What place id are you using?
If you use 2 different methods to download the reviews then you can get duplicates. Make sure to turn off the Get Reviews > Google method if you are going to use the Get Reviews > Review Funnel method.
In the meantime, you can use these search terms and run a new scrape job. It just worked for me.

I think it has something to do with the ' in the search terms. I just filed a ticket with scraping support. I'll let you know what they say.
It can take a little while if the scraping server get's backed up. I checked the job and it looks like the search terms are incorrect. Try these...

I'm not a schema expert so you might have to do a little research on why they aren't showing. Let me know what you find out and if I can help.
The Auto-download should work of course. There are a couple of things that could be going on.
1) If the previous auto-download scrape job or manual download scrape job did not work (has status maintenance for example, or has status pending), then the new download isn't going to work either.
2) The auto-download depends on your site being able to run wp-cron jobs. When you look at the scrape job list you should see the auto-download jobs listed. If they aren't there then that points to a wp-cron issue. You will need to verify that Cron jobs are working on your site.
How to test cron jobs:
- Download a plugin called "WP Crontrol".
- In the WP Review Slider plugin use the Get Reviews > Facebook page to test. Turn on the Auto-download for one of your pages. You can also use one of the other download type, just don't use a review funnel.
- Go to the Review List and make sure you do not have your latest Facebook review on there yet. If you do then use the trash can to delete it.
- Now go to the Tools > Cron events page in your WordPress Dashboard.
- Look for the "wprevpro_daily_event" and click the Run Now link.
- Wait a few minutes and then go check the Review List.
- If the review shows up then your cron jobs are working. If it doesn't then something is wrong with your WordPress cron.
