You can do it, but you'll need to create a child template for one of the review templates. Here are some instructions. Note that the owner responses don't always get downloaded. You can manually add them on the review list page by editing the review.

When you copy or clone a site there can be some issues with the Freemius licensing side of things. Here are some things to try...

1) De-activate and re-activate the plugin.

2) If that doesn't work, go to the account page inside the plugin and re-enter your license key using the "change license" button.

3) If either of those don't work, download and run the Freemius fixer plugin...

Also, you can use the Advanced Slider, it will automatically go to 1 on mobile.

If the site isn't listed on the Review Funnel drop down then it currently isn't possible. Most people will just copy/paste a few and add them manually to the Review List page.
