That's coming from your theme. Try adding this CSS to the custom CSS for the review template...

.wprev-slider-widget ul li:before {
content: unset !important;
}

Check it now. Sometimes it can take a little while if there is a backup on the scraping server.

Give it a try now. The Get Reviews > Review Funnel page should be working again. Let me know if you see issues.

Thanks,

Josh

Hey Rich,

Sounds like you need to turn on the Slider on the Review settings page...

You can set the display order with this setting...

Facebook expires the images after a while. You'll need to delete all the Facebook reviews and re-download them. After it downloads them, leave the pop-up window open for a few minutes. The plugin will try to save the pictures locally so they won't expire again.

It's picking up the alignment of the container. Try using this in the custom CSS for the review template...

.wpproslider_t6_DIV_1a {
text-align: left;
}

Hey Mari,

There is no reason to export from the free version. Simply use the Pro version to download them again. If you would like all your reviews you can use the Get Reviews > Review Funnel page. If they are Facebook reviews then use the Get Reviews > Facebook.
