Google Review Funnel - Still no downloads after 6 hours

After 6 hours my Google Review Funnel still says

still working...
number 1399 in queue

and no reviews are yet downloaded.

Is this normal behaviour?

Check it now. No, this is not normal. The Review Funnel uses a third-party crawling service. They have been having issues this past week. It is supposed to be fixed now.
