Review Funnels not Working - Scraping problem (Etsy and Amazon)

For etsy it should be the shop url like so: https://www.etsy.com/shop/bjumuk/

What are the urls you are using? I will try them on my end.

Amazon sort of worked. It pulled in 8 reviews. Etsy did not. I filed a ticket with the scraping support.

I wanted to follow up regarding a few issues we’re seeing with the WP Reviews:

• Amazon reviews are not showing up. You mentioned there were 8 new reviews, but they aren’t appearing on the actual page.

• Etsy has recent comments on the site, but they are not being pulled into WP Reviews.

• The latest manually inputted comment isn’t displaying on the front end.

Could you take a look at these when you have a moment?

If they are on the Review List but not showing on the front end of the site, then it has to be a Filter on the Filter tab of the review template filtering out the reviews. Post a screenshot of your filters.

Etsy, review funnel is still being worked on.

The rate that has been manually inserted is a 5-star rating.

Try unchecking the souce pages you are showing.

Etsy should be working again. You may have to run a new scrape job and choose "Use From Date or Max Number"
