Facebook Error: Unable to find the auth token for that Page or Oops! Unable to update the db with long lasting token. No secret code or not all pages listed.

On occasion you may get these errors when trying to setup Facebook reviews. Here is something you can try...

Make sure you are an Admin on the Facebook page.

- Open a new browser tab and login to Facebook. Now open another browser tab and login here...

https://fbapp.ljapps.com/login.php

- Uncheck the Facebook page and re-check it. When it is checked the app will try to save the page token in the database again.

- Now go back to the plugin and try again.

If the above doesn't work then...

It is either an issue with the Access token or an issue with Facebook API. First, let's try a new access token. Follow the steps below...

- First revoke access for the app to your FB account. Go here...

https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools

Find "WP Review Slider" and remove it.

- Then you can go here...

https://fbapp.ljapps.com/login.php?ut=pd

and sign-in. That should request a new API token from FB. Make sure you give access to all the Page options in the Facebook pop-up.

- If you don't get a pop-up from Facebook about authorizing the app then your browser is blocking it. Make sure to allow third-party javascript.

- Finally, un-check and re-check any pages that you want to use in the plugin.

- Now go back to the plugin and try again.
