TA reviews limited and no avatar

RGCreative 2 years ago updated by Josh 2 years ago 8

No matter which download method I use, and despite deleting, re-adding, using the review funnel, deactivating and reactivating, I can only see 8 of 147 reviews on TripAdvisor (the review funnel reported downloading 17), and no avatars.

Since I registered the Pro plugin to improve on the free version (which DID display the avatars for the 5 reviews it would display) I'm a bit frustrated.

pro version don't show

malogu 2 years ago updated by Josh 2 years ago 3

I have updated to the pro version and the google reviews slider is no longer displayed. I have deleted the free plugin and configured again, I have 2 templates, one for each location. and everything seems Ok, the problem is that it doesn't show the shortcode. that could be happening?

It should appear in the gray stripe.

when inspecting, I can see a 'display: none' i don't know why

How to add reviews from Google My Business?

Eva 2 years ago updated by Prizzrak Prizzrak 2 years ago 6

Hello,

How can I add the reviews from Google My Business? The widget is already present on the web page but it only shows Facebook reviews at the moment. I would like to add the Google My Business ones.

Thank you.

facebook review funnel has the wrong page

Arzabar 2 years ago updated by Josh 2 years ago 5

Hi,

I've gone into the Facebook > Review Funnel to check why it has not been automatically updating and the wrong Facebook page is present. It is another business that I have access to via my personal Facebook Profile and that I have also used this plugin on their website.

Could you please provide me with details on how to change / update this facebook page as I cannot seem to find any way in the UI?

Thanks

Can it work?

Jason Treeby - Devon Holidays 2 years ago updated by Josh 2 years ago 2

He - we have a website - devonholidays.net - and within our site we have details on all the holiday lets that we resent out.  Each one of these properties has its own Google My Business account where guests can leave reviews, as well as Facebook accounts where guests can leave reviews.

Thus one website, multiple properties in this website, each can have two strings of reviews in them.

Also, we have a shared TripAdvisor with the resort. I would like to be able to copy these reviews over manually to the different lodges when they come in.

can this work?

Stars not showing in float horizontal templates

Eva 2 years ago updated by Josh 2 years ago 3

Hello, I'm trying to apply the horizontal templates (like style 6) in float mode but, although in the preview it shows the stars, it doesn't show the stars on the website neither on desktop nor on the mobile phone. I have the PRO version of the plugin

Scroll on mobile

Oscarilgatto 2 years ago updated by Josh 2 years ago 1

Good evening, I bought the plugin. By inserting the Facebook Rewiews in Float mode on the page, while deactivating the panel on Mobile, it is impossible to scroll the page on mobile devices. Scrolling is blocked.

Review data idea

Max121 2 years ago updated by Josh 2 years ago 1

Hi,

For the next plugin update it would be possible to add this "More Than" option on the "DATA:"

By selecting the "More Than" option, reviews with a date greater than 7 months show "more than 7 months ago" avoiding showing 1 year ago, or 2 years ago etc ..

Thanks

Review forms for logged in users...

Bogaat 2 years ago updated 2 years ago 5

Is there a way to tie a form to a logged in user? The goal would be to avoid asking for email or name similar to how the default WooCommerce form operates.
