Hello,

The plugin (pro version) have created this preload function where the font wprevpro is being preloaded however that file is not present in the plugins function and not being used by the plugin but still it is being loaded and causing a 404 error in my broken link checks. Kindly guide on how to fix this, I have cleared my cache multiple times, it did not help. 

I'm running a directory website and trying to work out the best way to get reviews from Facebook and Google for each business and then ONLY display their reviews on their listing pages. The documentation isn't quite clear to me how I can best go about this. For example, I have managed to get reviews for one business and used this shortcode on the page: [wprevpro_usetemplate tid="1" postIDs="4956"] but then its displaying the reviews for this business on other pages even though I have used a different postid. Help please!

Hi, latest update seems to have broken review template. I had a slider set to display 1 review per slide, max 10 slides. Now all reviews are displayed in a column, slider dots are at the bottom, but non-functional. I've gone into template settings and checked everything, saved again, no change. Please advise fix. Full names are listed on reviews. 

Customers privacy is important to me -- If I could abbreviate their last names that would be excellent. Is there a setting here for that? Swore I saw it earlier.. 

I have a new review in viator  - how can I download it?

It is turned on and appears if you are logged into wordpress-admin, however if you browse to the site from another location logged out of wordpress-admin it does not show.?

WP reviews pro appears to have downloaded the latest reviews but tripadvisor shows more than 1500 reviews and my total on the development site for this hotel is only 38 (!). I know I've had this issue before…I think Josh resolved it with some patch. I tried to force recalculate but it didnt seem to change the total.

I've added a Google review funnel and run the job. I refreshed it over time and the pending number in the queue went down over a really long time until finally it said it was finished. When I check my review list, it's only showing the reviews that were already there and none of the new ones are showing up. What can I do to get the new reviews?

I am receiving this error in my console, including after the update:
Error parsing data-masonry on wprevgoslick w3_wprs-row-padding: SyntaxError: Unexpected token o in JSON at position 1

Can you advise how to resolve this? It only seems to resolve if the plugin is deactivated...
