WP reviews pro appears to have downloaded the latest reviews but tripadvisor shows more than 1500 reviews and my total on the development site for this hotel is only 38 (!). I know I've had this issue before…I think Josh resolved it with some patch. I tried to force recalculate but it didnt seem to change the total.

I've added a Google review funnel and run the job. I refreshed it over time and the pending number in the queue went down over a really long time until finally it said it was finished. When I check my review list, it's only showing the reviews that were already there and none of the new ones are showing up. What can I do to get the new reviews?

I am receiving this error in my console, including after the update:
Error parsing data-masonry on wprevgoslick w3_wprs-row-padding: SyntaxError: Unexpected token o in JSON at position 1

Can you advise how to resolve this? It only seems to resolve if the plugin is deactivated...

I will go and manually delete reviews of an old employee and the continue to auto populate... Do I need to delete from source? Or is there a way to stop them from auto populating?

No matter which download method I use, and despite deleting, re-adding, using the review funnel, deactivating and reactivating, I can only see 8 of 147 reviews on TripAdvisor (the review funnel reported downloading 17), and no avatars. 

Since I registered the Pro plugin to improve on the free version (which DID display the avatars for the 5 reviews it would display) I'm a bit frustrated.

I have updated to the pro version and the google reviews slider is no longer displayed. I have deleted the free plugin and configured again, I have 2 templates, one for each location. and everything seems Ok, the problem is that it doesn't show the shortcode. that could be happening?

It should appear in the gray stripe.

How can I add the reviews from Google My Business? The widget is already present on the web page but it only shows Facebook reviews at the moment. I would like to add the Google My Business ones.

I've gone into the Facebook > Review Funnel to check why it has not been automatically updating and the wrong Facebook page is present. It is another business that I have access to via my personal Facebook Profile and that I have also used this plugin on their website.

Could you please provide me with details on how to change / update this facebook page as I cannot seem to find any way in the UI?

He - we have a website - devonholidays.net - and within our site we have details on all the holiday lets that we resent out.  Each one of these properties has its own Google My Business account where guests can leave reviews, as well as Facebook accounts where guests can leave reviews.

Thus one website, multiple properties in this website, each can have two strings of reviews in them.

Also, we have a shared TripAdvisor with the resort. I would like to be able to copy these reviews over manually to the different lodges when they come in.

can this work?
