It looks like Google Crawl is bringing back 40px images. I'll have to see if I can get a better resolution somehow. In the meantime, the Review Funnel is bringing back 135px images. Can you try the Review Funnel?

Can you go to the Account page inside the plugin and make sure your license is activate and it doesn't say "Free" version?

Which method did you use to download them? Get Reviews > Google Crawl, Google Places API or Review funnel? What are the search terms or place id you are using?

The stuck one will fall off the list after a while automatically. It is pulling that list from my database.

I can add that to the todo list and put it under the Tools tab.

Scrape older than 30 days can no longer be accessed. Will it let you add a new scrape job using the "From Date or Max Number"?

Sorry, there is not currently a way to do that. If you use the Filters for the review template then it should filter out most reviews you wouldn't want to show.

Sometimes it can be tricky to get the correct search terms. It's more reliable to use the place ID. Can you post a link to the reviews on Google? Also, post the scrape job_id so I can take a look.
