Hey Chris,

To update the plugin, check the Account page inside the plugin. See screenshot...

However, that will probably not fix the issue. The issue is that the Get Reviews > Google Places API only returns the Most Helpful reviews. It can not return the Newest reviews. If you look up the reviews for the location on Google and change the sort to Most relevant, that is what the plugin should download.

I'm working on an update that will allow you to get the most recent reviews with the Get Reviews > Google Places API method. I'm hoping to release it next week.

There are 2 other methods to download Google reviews in the plugin. The Google Crawl and the Review Funnel. They will both return the newest reviews. However, you should only use one of the 3 methods, otherwise you could get duplicates.

Here is more information on the 3 different methods....

First step is to make sure you update to the latest version of the plugin if you haven't. It's version 11.6.2. You can do that from the Account page inside the plugin.

The loom video you posted just shows the same screen for me.

Also, keep in mind that the Google Places API download method can only return your Most Helpful, not Newest reviews. I'm working on an update that will return Newest. You can use the Google Crawl or Review Funnel to get Newest reviews also.

Another issue could be your API Key. You can use this link to test your API Key and Places ID. This is the link that the plugin uses to download the reviews. They should show up at the bottom. Just replace with your values in the URL.

Looks like some theme CSS overrides the plugin. Can you switch over to the Advanced slider and see if it helps?

You can switch over to the Advanced Slider. It does not use the <a> tag.

Can you give Beta version 11.6.2 a try? If you go to the Account page inside the plugin there is a checkbox to join the beta group. After you check that and refresh the page, the update should show up.

That review scrape should have worked. I opened a ticket with the scraper support group. I'll let you know what they say.

Something must have happened to those old scrape jobs. Make sure you are on the latest version of the Plugin. You can check by going to the Account page inside the plugin. It should be 11.6.1
