I'll see if there is a way to make the Facebook app site independent. Maybe add a URL field beside the individual FB pages, so that each page will only show up in the plugin on the designated URLs. It will take some time probably.

Here is a video that walks you through setting up the secret access code. Maybe your clients could follow it?

You can also use the Review Funnel to download Facebook reviews without messing with the API. It basically just scrapes the Facebook page.

There are three different methods to download Google reviews. The Get Reviews > Google Crawl is the easiest if you only need your latest ones. Here is more about them...

Once you have the Google reviews on the Review List they should automatically show up in the widget unless they are being filtered out with settings on the Filter tab of the review template.

I see now. The Facebook app is tied to your Facebook account, it doesn't have anything to do with what site the plugin is on. So if you change the settings by clicking on the Get Access Code Here button, it can also change other sites that are using the same Secret Access Code. If I were setting it up for someone as a developer I would get the client to retrieve the Secret Access Code. That way it is tied to their Facebook account.

You could also download the reviews using your Facebook account and then delete the Secret Access Code from the plugin.

Sure. The Review Funnel for Facebook is based on the URL to the Facebook review page. Simply click the "Edit" button and you can update it.

Facebook no longer uses star ratings. They use either Positive or Negative recommendations. That is what this icon means...

You can force the plugin to assign rating values to the Facebook reviews when they are downloaded using this setting on the Get Reviews > Facebook page...

You will need to delete the old Facebook reviews from the Review List and then download them again after checking this box and saving the settings.

Please post a link to your site.

I've seen an issue like this in the past where the customer had the slider placed inside a theme block that was hidden on mobile.

Please post a link to your site so that I can see the issue. Thanks.

Yes, it can do that. Basically, you would download the reviews for all the different properties. Then when you create a review template you can filter out reviews by source page.

Manual reviews can be added on the Review List page.
