I just made some changes. Make sure you are using the Crawl Server = Remote and give it another try. Might take a couple of tries. 

The Review Funnel method should still be working also.

I can add this to my to-do list, but I'm a little behind at the moment. If one of the built-in styles can get you close I can give you some CSS to tweak it some.

You can also create a Child template if you want to take complete control over it. There are some instructions here...

Can you tell me more about how the reviews were added to the plugin?

If the reviews are connected to the Post either on form submit or download, then you can turn on this Filter for the review template.
