Sorry, there currently isn't a way to do that.

Does the Google Crawl or Review Funnel work? 

You can use the following link to test your API Key and Places ID. This is the link that the plugin uses to download the reviews. Just replace with your placed and api key values in the URL.

For Yelp, are you using the Yelp Crawl or Review Funnel? What is the Yelp URL you are using?

You only need the Place Id. Like so...

The number either comes from the Review List downloaded count or the Source Page count. The values should get updated whenever you download new reviews. Which badge style are you using? If you click the Badge Data button at the top you can see the values that it is using.

Then on the Badge setting, you can choose the source here...

Check the Review Funnel settings and make sure you have the URL or the Search terms/Placeid if it's Google.

Can you post the review URL?

Try to create a new review template and take all the defaults. See if that one will work. Sometimes it will work on the front end but not when editing.
