Yeah, that does look strange. I use Divi in my sites and I haven't come across anything strange. Try putting the shortcode on a blank test page in the code module. If that doesn't work try a regular text module.
Also, if you are using any sort of CSS or js modification plugins, try turning those off to see what happens.
Just select both sources or unselect the one. It looks like the reviews were downloaded once, then later on a different download was done. If you go to the Review List page and use the All Source Pages filter you can see what that filter does.
"Select Reviews to Show" will overwrite all the other filter settings.
Make sure you have the correct Source selected or unselect to show all sources.
Looks like you are lazy loading the avatar images. I think that is throwing off the height calculation. Can you ignore those images in your lazy loading plugin?
By default a review template will show all reviews in the Review List. First check the Display Order...
Then check the Filter Settings tab to make sure you are not Filtering out the reviews.
That might be some theme CSS overriding the plugin. Can you share the URL?
Basically they are just another way to download reviews. They are integrated with a third-party scraping service.
Once you create a new one and click save then you click "Get Reviews" > Request New Scrape...
Sometimes there can be a back-up on the scraping server...
That means you are number 54 in line. If there is a back-up it's best just to come back later since it can take a while.
Eventually it will complete and you will have a Download Reviews button....
I'm currently working on TripAdvisor Crawl. TripAdvisor is making it really difficult to crawl their site. The Review Funnel method should still be working.

It must be where you are putting the shortcode. Are you putting it inside a pop-up widget or something? What is the page URL?
