First try clearing the cache for the page if you are using a caching plugin. Next, tTry de-activating and re-activating the plugin. If that doesn't work then try creating a new review template to test it. Something may have happened to the template.

The most reliable way to get TripAdvisor reviews is to use the Review Funnel page in the plugin.

Are you using the Get Reviews > TripAdvisor or the Get Reviews > Review Funnel? What is the TripAdvisor URL you are using? What happens if you manually click the download reviews button?

If the update doesn't show up as a regular WordPress update then check the Account page inside the plugin. There is an update button. I'll be releasing version 11.1.6 today or monday.

Try viewing it without being logged in to Google. I looked in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge and don't see them. I wonder if they are hidden by country.
